BAC Bespoke × SIGNRACER

One-of-one detail, carried into the cockpit

Inside the BAC Mono, every detail is tailored to the driver. SIGNRACER leather printing with PremiumFlex+ carries the BAC Bespoke identity into the cockpit through branded detail coordinated with the car’s fluorescent green accents.

The customer

A single-seat car built around one person

Briggs Automotive Company is a British vehicle manufacturer founded by brothers Neill and Ian Briggs. Its Mono, launched in 2011, applies racing technology to a single-seat, road-legal car focused on the connection between driver and machine.

BAC describes every Mono leaving its Liverpool factory as one of a kind. Through BAC Bespoke, the seat, steering wheel, colour scheme and cockpit details can be developed around the individual owner.

The project film

From printed leather to a finished BAC Mono

The film follows the project from SIGNRACER leather printing with PremiumFlex+ to the finished BAC Mono, where the printed detail becomes part of the cockpit’s bespoke visual identity.

The cockpit detail

Bespoke identity at the driver’s back

The close view brings the BAC Bespoke mark, contrast stitching, harness and sculpted seat surfaces into one composition. The branded insert becomes part of the cockpit rather than a label added after the design is complete.

Design continuity

One visual language from bodywork to cockpit

Fluorescent green accents, stitching and branded surfaces connect the exterior and interior. Digital marking gives product teams another controlled layer for carrying that identity onto flexible components.

Production qualification

Qualified for the real component

Every leather application is developed around the actual material and end use. We evaluate surface preparation, adhesion, flexibility and abrasion resistance on the component before defining the production workflow.

Your application

Bring flexible surfaces into the product design

We can evaluate the material, required movement, artwork, positioning and resistance criteria before defining a suitable print and qualification workflow.
