Rights You Can Exercise

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal for consent-based processing.

How Requests Are Handled

Requests are handled manually by SIGNRACER. Send your request to info@signracer.ch or use the contact route shown on this page. Please include enough information to help us identify any records connected to you. We may request reasonable identity verification before disclosure, correction, or deletion actions. We do not operate a user account database or self-service privacy portal through this website.

What to Include in Your Request

Please provide your full name, relevant email address, company (if applicable), request type, the approximate timeframe of your interaction, and clear details of what action you want us to take. If your request concerns a contact form inquiry, analytics activity, or suspected server-log data, include the pages used and any other identifying context you can reasonably provide.

Response Timeline

We aim to respond within one month after receiving a valid request. Complex requests may require lawful extension, and we will inform you when that applies.

Possible Limitations

In specific cases, legal obligations, overriding legitimate grounds, security requirements, or provider-side system limits may restrict immediate fulfillment. Our data footprint is relatively limited because this website does not maintain user accounts or an internal CRM. If restrictions apply, we will explain the basis to the extent legally permitted.

Supervisory Complaint

If you believe your request has not been handled appropriately, you may contact the competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. For Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch). For EEA residents, you may contact your local data protection authority (EDPB member list: edpb.europa.eu).

Provider-side and Analytics Data

If your request concerns Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, or hosting-side technical logs, please include relevant context such as timeframe, pages visited, browser/device details, or the email address used to contact us. Where data is processed directly by Google or through Hostpoint-hosted infrastructure, we will explain our role and, where necessary, direct you to the relevant provider privacy controls or request channels. We cannot operate third-party systems directly from this website.
