R&D Facilities
Switzerland: Driving Innovation
Developed in Switzerland, SIGNRACER continuously tests and enhances its products in our state-of-the-art R&D center. We rigorously examine all new features, inks, and applications over a six-month period before releasing them into production. Additionally, we create comprehensive system solutions that include pre-treatment, priming, printing, and surface coatings. These solutions seamlessly integrate into our clients’ production processes.
Germany: Expanding Production Capacity
In 2019, we relocated to a 600m² production site in Trier, Germany. This facility handles assembly, quality assurance, and further customization of our printers for customers. With increased production capacity in Germany, we ensure fast and reliable delivery while maintaining a sufficient supply of all our machines.
SIGNRACER History
2024: Enhancing Precision and Sustainability
In 2024, all SIGNRACER flatbed printers were upgraded with linear motor technology, enhancing precision and performance. We developed the SR-200+ ink series, compliant with GREENGUARD certification and meeting future REACH environmental requirements. This ink set offers a wide color range with super adhesion, meets EN71 standards, and has gained homologation. Additionally, we launched a 3D printing project incorporating a high-precision surface scanner, allowing the printer bridge to lift in micro layers of 10 to 30 microns. Moreover, SIGNRACER moved to a new facility in April 2024.
2023: Boosting Productivity
The first sales of the SIGNRACER 3200 TURBO began, featuring machines designed for high productivity and cost-efficiency. These printers come with large 5-liter ink tanks, benefiting large-scale production. This year also marked the start of developing advanced technologies like the linear motor and encoder, signaling a new phase in SIGNRACER’s product evolution.
2022: Commitment to Sustainability
In 2022, SIGNRACER focused on industrial projects such as fashion and 3D printing for watches. We introduced new printer models like the SIGNRACER 1800 RTR and SIGNRACER 2512 HB. Additionally, we achieved GREENGUARD GOLD Certification with the SIGNRACER IN, SR-100 HD, and SR-200 HD ink series, highlighting our commitment to environmental sustainability.
