SR-200+ Colors: Expanding Your Printing Capabilities
SR-200+ adds Magenta-R and nickel-free Yellow-HD to the process-colour options available beyond a conventional CMYK setup. The wider inkset gives a colour-managed workflow more tools for matching demanding graphics, but profiles and approved samples remain essential for every printer, substrate, and print mode.
Extended Light Colors for Industrial Printing
Light Cyan, Light Magenta-R, and Light Black can support smoother gradients, softer tonal transitions, and a less grainy appearance in light image areas. Those characteristics are useful in applications such as fashion components and watch dials, where subtle tones are visually important.
White Ink and Varnish for Rigid and Flexible Media
The SR-200+ range includes White formulations designed to reduce unwanted yellowing effects. Varnish options for rigid and flexible media can be applied selectively for gloss, texture, or tactile contrast after the complete layer stack has been qualified on the intended material.
Special Colors
Orange and Violet extend the printable colour space in warm, purple, and blue regions where CMYK may be limited. The practical gain depends on profiling, artwork values, substrate colour, and print mode, so colour-critical work should be approved from a representative production sample.
Archived Emissions Certificate Record
SIGNRACER holds an archived GREENGUARD certificate issued under UL 2818 for SR-200+ with a certificate period ending 25 January 2025. It documents the named product and stated scope for that period, but it does not establish current certification. Obtain a current certificate before using certification as a project requirement.
