SIGNRACER 1800 RTR

SIGNRACER 1800 RTR is a compact continuous roll printer for PSPs that need reliable roll output without moving to a 3.2 m platform. It combines UV-cured industrial inkjet precision with belt-driven carriage control for repeatable roll production.

Compact Roll-to-Roll Production

The SIGNRACER 1800 RTR is a continuous roll platform for PSPs producing flexible graphics in the 1.8 m class. Its conveyor-based media path keeps feed, print, curing, and take-up aligned as one workflow, from proof runs to scheduled production.

Flexible roll workflow: continuous feed, print, cure, and take-up in one controlled path.

Media and finish planning: select ink layers and curing coverage for each substrate.

Detail control: support fine typography, gradients, white layers, and graphics that need a clean finish.

Format fit: keep 1.8 m roll jobs on a compact platform instead of sizing up to 3.2 m.

Built for long, continuous roll runs

Continuous roll transport

The conveyor belt carries flexible media through the print and curing path toward take-up, helping operators manage long runs with fewer hand-offs between stages.

Carriage and rail control

The carriage, rail, and drive assembly coordinate placement across the print width. This supports stable registration and consistent detail as artwork travels through a long roll.

LED UV curing with selectable coverage

Curing is controlled by LED UV with variable power levels and three curing width options: 90 mm (single), 180 mm (double), and 210 mm (triple). This lets production teams tune curing coverage to media type, thickness, and throughput requirements.

Ricoh Gen. 6 multi-head platform

Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads can be configured from 2 to 8 heads, allowing the ink and layer setup to follow the intended production plan. The technical specification table lists the head and drop parameters.

Motion system and registration

The belt-driven motion system controls carriage travel across the rail and keeps the print path repeatable. Use the speed table to compare production modes; the carriage mechanism itself is one part of the finished-output result.

Resolution for fine detail and readable text

The 635 × 900 dpi base resolution gives the system a defined detail baseline for small type, gradients, patterns, and graphics where edge quality must remain legible. Validate the result on the actual artwork and media.

Compatible SIGNRACER inks for production workflows

Six bottles of digital printing ink in black, fluorescent pink, and other colors.

SR-100 HD

A compatible option for production runs where color consistency and repeatability across approved media are the priority.

PREMIUMFLEX+

A compatible option for flexible-media applications where roll handling and cure behavior need to be assessed together.

Production rollout: what to validate first

01. Send your real artwork and target proof

Include real color targets, smallest text, gradients, white or varnish needs, and finish expectations so the proof reflects the jobs you actually sell.

02. Validate on your real media roll

Use the intended roll width and substrate to check loading, feed stability, surface appearance, and take-up behavior across a representative length.

03. Lock in the ink configuration and curing width

Use the proof to lock the ink configuration, layer build, and curing coverage for each media family before standardizing the job.

04. Confirm throughput with your batch schedule

Compare finished output across the available modes and build a schedule around the quality target, changeovers, and media handling time.

Applications that match the 1800 mm roll workflow

Opaque UV-printed backlit graphic panel prepared for a lightbox

Produce opaque UV-printed graphics for retail, transit, and airport lightboxes, with white layers tuned for even illumination and contrast.

Industrial warning decals and labels printed on self-adhesive vinyl

Produce self-adhesive safety labels, hazard decals, and warning signs, then validate the complete construction for required legibility, classification, abrasion, chemicals, and service conditions.

Validate with real media + real artwork (proof run setup)

To confirm fit for your roll-output workflow, send your real roll media and real artwork with the quality target you need. We will prepare a proof run around your production priorities so you can validate color, detail, feed stability and finished surface before scaling production.
