SIGNRACER 1600 – Compact Hybrid UV Printer for Rigid & Roll Media
The SIGNRACER 1600 is a compact and versatile hybrid UV printer engineered for both rigid and roll-to-roll printing on a wide variety of materials. Designed for maximum flexibility and minimal footprint, it is ideal for industrial and creative applications requiring professional quality in smaller spaces.
Equipped with Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads, the printer delivers high-resolution output with variable drop sizes from 5 to 15 pl. The hybrid conveyor system uses a 3-zone vacuum belt for accurate media control, making it ideal for printing on both flexible rolls and rigid boards up to 50 mm thick.
It supports advanced UV LED curing with power-adjustable lamps, optimized for both speed and energy efficiency. The SIGNRACER 1600 can run CMYK, light colors, white, and varnish, enabling brilliant color output and specialty effects.
Compatible with SIGNRACER’s SR-100 HD, SR-200+, and PREMIUMFLEX+ inks, all GREENGUARD Gold certified, the 1600 ensures safe indoor usage across applications like signage, packaging, display panels, fashion, and promotional items.
