Its 1600 × 1000 mm print area sits on a honeycomb vacuum table with dual zones and registration pins, ensuring consistent media hold and exact positioning. The advanced carriage system, driven by a 1-micron encoder and linear motor, enables speeds up to 1.3 m/s with minimal vibration—ideal for printing fine details, complex graphics, and industrial-grade applications.
The 1610 supports Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads, offering flexible grayscale drop sizes and compatibility with SIGNRACER’s certified SR-100 HD, SR-200+, and PREMIUMFLEX+ ink series. These GREENGUARD Gold certified inks ensure low emissions, strong adhesion, and long-term durability across materials like PVC, acrylics, PET-G, glass, and even leather.
