SIGNRACER 2500 – Versatile Hybrid UV Printer for Large-Format Rigid and Roll Media
The SIGNRACER 2500 is a powerful hybrid UV printer engineered for industrial-grade printing on both roll and rigid materials up to 2500 mm wide. It merges the versatility of roll-to-roll printing with the strength and precision of a flatbed system, making it ideal for packaging, signage, display production, and specialty substrates.
Built with a 5-zone vacuum conveyor belt and start bar positioning system, the SIGNRACER 2500 provides accurate media handling even on oversized boards. Available with Ricoh Gen. 6 or optional Gen. 5 printheads, it delivers grayscale printing with droplet sizes as small as 5 pl, ensuring brilliant detail and smooth gradients.
This model features adjustable LED UV curing with high-powered lamps for consistent curing on both flexible and rigid media. Whether printing CMYK, light colors, white, or varnish, the SIGNRACER 2500 supports extended ink configurations and a wide color gamut. It is compatible with certified ink sets including SR-100 HD, SR-200+, and PREMIUMFLEX+, ensuring long-lasting adhesion and indoor safety (GREENGUARD Gold certified).
