SIGNRACER 2512 HB – High Bridge Industrial UV Flatbed Printer for Elevated Media
The SIGNRACER 2512 HB is a specialized industrial UV flatbed printer engineered for printing directly on elevated or bulky objects up to 500 mm in height. The “HB” stands for “High Bridge,” a motorized gantry system that lifts smoothly on both sides while maintaining high-precision thanks to a 1-micron encoder and linear motor technology.
Built for demanding industrial environments, the 2512 HB features Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads with grayscale control (5–15 pl), delivering fine gradients and ultra-sharp prints even on uneven surfaces. The printer maintains the same quality and speed as standard models — thanks to vibration-free linear motor carriage motion and robust software integration.
It includes a 2500 × 1250 mm honeycomb vacuum bed with zoned suction and can handle a wide variety of rigid materials like metals, wood, plastics, or pre-assembled components such as tool housings, watch bodies, and footwear. Compatible with SR-200+ industrial adhesion inks and PREMIUMFLEX+ for flexible substrates, this printer brings new dimensions to UV flatbed capability.
