SIGNRACER 2512V – Advanced Varnish Flatbed Printer with Triple Row Configuration
The SIGNRACER 2512V is a specialized UV flatbed printer designed for simultaneous high-end printing of white, color, and varnish. It features a triple-row printhead configuration and a custom-engineered LED system with delayed curing technology—making it ideal for high-gloss finishes, textured varnish effects, and detailed visual layers.
The delayed curing system uses dual-intensity LED modules, allowing the varnish to level before being cured. This results in a smoother, more even finish with superior clarity, texture, and gloss compared to conventional systems. It’s the perfect choice for luxury packaging, product decoration, and graphic arts requiring visual impact.
With a 2500 × 1250 mm bed and support for media up to 100 mm thick, the 2512V uses Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads for high-resolution, grayscale output. It also supports SIGNRACER’s full extended-gamut ink sets including Orange, Violet, and Light Black. Whether you’re producing decorative panels, watch displays, or retail signage, the 2513V gives you the tools for premium, layered print effects in one seamless process.
