SIGNRACER 2512 – Industrial Flatbed UV Printer
The SIGNRACER 2512 is a high-performance industrial UV flatbed printer, engineered for fast, detailed, and reliable production across a wide range of materials. With a large 2500 × 1250 mm print area and a 4-zone vacuum table, it is ideal for mid- to high-volume industrial use.
Equipped with 2–8 Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads and optional Gen. 5 support, the printer delivers consistent grayscale output with fine drop sizes ranging from 5 to 21 picoliters. Its powerful linear motor system provides smooth carriage motion at speeds up to 1.3 m/s, ensuring excellent image quality even in demanding environments.
The SIGNRACER 2512 is compatible with rigid and flexible materials up to 100 mm thick (optional upgrade up to 250 mm), including PVC, Aludibond, acrylic, PET-G, and glass. The LED UV curing system supports single, double, and triple row configurations, enabling variable curing power levels to suit every application.
With draft speeds up to 68 m²/h and production speeds up to 57 m²/h (Triple Row), the 2512 offers industry-leading performance. It supports extended color gamut inksets including Orange, Violet, and Light Black, and is compatible with SIGNRACER’s certified SR-100 HD, SR-200+, and PREMIUMFLEX+ inks—GREENGUARD Gold certified for safe, sustainable printing.
