The SIGNRACER 3020 is a high-end industrial UV flatbed printer built for ultra-wide format applications and precision-critical environments. With its massive 3050 × 2050 mm print area, it is engineered for large signage, panel production, furniture printing, and more.
Driven by Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads and linear motor technology, the SIGNRACER 3020 combines powerful performance with ultra-precise movement and high-definition imaging. The triple-row curing system and grayscale droplet control from 5 to 15 pl deliver sharp prints, rich color gradients, and excellent adhesion across a wide range of rigid and flexible materials.
Its 4-zone vacuum bed ensures flatness and hold during long print runs. A maximum carriage speed of 1.3 m/s, compatibility with GREENGUARD Gold certified inks, and extended gamut configurations (Orange, Violet, Light Black) make the 3020 a powerhouse for sustainable, industrial-grade output.
