Description
The SIGNRACER 3116 is a robust industrial flatbed printer designed for demanding large-format applications with precision, power, and versatility. Its generous 3100 × 1600 mm print area, combined with a 4-zone vacuum bed, accommodates a wide range of rigid and flexible materials with exact registration and firm media hold.
Powered by Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads (up to 8), the 3116 ensures ultra-fine grayscale quality with drop sizes as small as 5 picoliters. A linear motor-driven carriage system with 1.3 m/s speed offers smooth, vibration-free operation, even during long production runs. Optional Ricoh Gen. 5 support adds flexibility to meet specific project needs.
This machine is equipped to handle media up to 100 mm thick and is compatible with a variety of substrates including PVC, acrylic, PET-G, glass, and Aludibond. SIGNRACER’s high-efficiency LED UV curing system features adjustable power and supports single, double, and triple-row configurations for optimized curing.
With print speeds up to 75 m²/h in draft mode and a 6 kW energy profile, the SIGNRACER 3116 balances throughput with cost-effective operation. Compatible with GREENGUARD Gold certified inks (SR-100 HD, SR-200+, and PREMIUMFLEX+), it meets the highest safety and environmental standards, even for indoor-sensitive environments like schools or retail.
