SIGNRACER 3200 TURBO – Ultra-Fast, Ultra-Wide Roll-to-Roll UV Printer
The SIGNRACER 3200 TURBO is the flagship roll-to-roll UV printer, built for extreme performance in high-volume, industrial-scale printing. With a print speed of up to 156 m²/h and a 1.7 m/s linear motor carriage, this machine is engineered for large production environments where speed, accuracy, and reliability are critical.
It features Kyocera KJ4A printheads in double-row configuration and supports printing with dual rolls simultaneously. The printer includes an advanced vacuum and mesh printing kit for maximum flexibility across a wide range of roll media.
A robust double roller transport system ensures wrinkle-free media handling, while the high-performance LED system (16 W/cm², 270 mm width) guarantees perfect curing at high speeds. The SIGNRACER 3200 TURBO is compatible with low-cost, industrial-grade SR-100 T inks, offering consistent high-density results and solvent resistance, ideal for backlit, outdoor, and high-traffic applications.
