SIGNRACER 3200 – Industrial Hybrid UV Printer for Super-Wide Applications
The SIGNRACER 3200 is the most advanced hybrid printer in the SIGNRACER lineup, offering super-wide format printing up to 3200 mm. It is built for high-volume industrial applications such as billboards, large retail displays, interior panels, packaging, and backlit signage.
This model features a high-precision linear motor carriage system (exclusive to the 3200) that allows speeds up to 1.3 m/s with minimal vibration and maximum registration accuracy. Paired with Ricoh Gen. 6 printheads, it delivers exceptional grayscale output and color clarity.
The 5-zone conveyor vacuum belt ensures perfect media positioning for both flexible and rigid substrates, while triple-row LED UV curing with delayed varnish modules enables complex layer builds and gloss effects.
Its wide format capability, extended color configurations (including White, Light Cyan/Magenta, and Varnish), and compatibility with premium inks like SR-200+ and PREMIUMFLEX+ make the 3200 the go-to solution for industrial environments needing ultra-wide production with perfect results.
