LED UV curing sized to the job
Cure with LED UV using variable power levels and selectable curing widths: single 90 mm (14 W/cm²), double 180 mm (14 W/cm²), or triple 210 mm (16 W/cm²). Match curing coverage to the print area for consistent finishing.
Compatible SIGNRACER Inks
SR-100 HD
SR-100 HD is a compatible SIGNRACER ink option for the SIGNRACER 1600. Qualify it with the selected media, preparation, curing settings, and finished-print requirements for signage and display work.
SR-200+
SR-200+ is a compatible SIGNRACER ink option for the 1600 UV workflow. Qualify color, adhesion, cure, and resistance on the exact rigid or flexible media used in production.
PREMIUMFLEX+
PREMIUMFLEX+ is a compatible option for flexible-media workflows. Test it on the production vinyl or other flexible media when bend behavior and curing are part of the approval target.
