Wide-Format Hybrid Production
The SIGNRACER 2500 combines roll and rigid-media capability in a 2500 mm hybrid format with a vacuum conveyor belt, belt-driven carriage control, and draft throughput up to 47 m²/h in double-row mode.
2500 mm hybrid width for mixed rigid + roll runs
A 2500 mm print width supports wider compositions and reduces tiling on board and panel jobs. The vacuum conveyor belt with a retractable alignment bar is built to keep media stable during printing across the full working width.
LED curing tuned to coverage
LED UV curing uses variable power levels, with curing widths selectable for coverage needs: single 90 mm / 14 W/cm², double 180 mm / 14 W/cm², and triple 210 mm / 16 W/cm². This supports consistent curing across different job formats and ink loads.
Compatible SIGNRACER inks for production-ready output
SR-100 HD
SR-100 HD is a compatible SIGNRACER ink option for the 2500 UV workflow. Validate coverage, cure, adhesion, and required resistance on the production board or signage material.
SR-200+
SR-200+ is a compatible SIGNRACER ink option for the 2500. Qualify colour, adhesion, cure, finish, and resistance on every production material family.
PREMIUMFLEX+
PREMIUMFLEX+ is a compatible option for selected flexible-media workflows. Validate flex, abrasion, cleaning, exposure, blocking, and finish on the actual media and construction.
