SIGNRACER 2512 HB25

When your workflow needs more object clearance than a standard flatbed—but you don’t want to pay for full high-bridge overhead—SIGNRACER 2512-hb25 is the bridge. Built around 250 mm extended clearance, a 2500 × 1250 mm honeycomb vacuum bed, and UV-Cured industrial inkjet output.

Extended Clearance for Thick Media

The SIGNRACER 2512 HB25 offers 250 mm media clearance on a 2500 x 1250 mm bed with linear motor precision, bridging the gap between standard flatbed and full high-bridge capability.

250 mm clearance for thick substrates and assembled parts.

Up to 63 m²/h draft throughput in triple-row configuration.

2500 x 1250 mm honeycomb vacuum bed with zoned suction.

Ricoh Gen. 6 grayscale heads with 5-15 pl drops.

Built for High-Volume Industrial Production

4-zone vacuum placement across 2500 × 1250 mm

A honeycomb vacuum bed divided into 4 zones supports stable media hold across the full print area. Registration pins help keep artwork placement consistent from job to job—useful when you’re running signage and proof rounds on mixed panel sizes.

LED UV curing module used with the SIGNRACER 2512 HB25 high-clearance UV printer

LED UV curing tuned to the job

LED UV curing uses variable power levels and multiple curing widths (90 mm single / 180 mm double / 210 mm triple). This lets production teams match curing coverage to the media and pass strategy used for industrial decoration and packaging proofs.

Flatbed versatility for common industrial substrates

The 2512 supports a wide range of rigid and flexible media, including PVC, Aludibond, acrylic, wood, MDF, glass, PET-G, composite panels, leather, corrugated board, mesh, vinyl, and foam board. Max thickness up to 100 mm supports thicker signage and industrial components.

PREMIUMFLEX+

PREMIUMFLEX+ is included in the compatible SIGNRACER ink lineup for jobs that require finishing performance on compatible media. It can be used within the system’s CMYK/white (and varnish where configured) workflow.

Applications: thermoforming parts, devices, and semi-assembled products

Flat thermoformable plastic sheet printed before forming into a component

Develop print-and-form workflows from flat plastic sheets to finished curved parts, validating ink stretch, forming temperature, geometry, and finished-part performance.

Industrial control panel and component marked with UV-printed graphics

Identification and branding on selected rigid parts, panels, and technical components before assembly, with adhesion and resistance tested for the production environment.

Flat printed carton sheets and branded packaging panels for prototypes

Develop and validate branded carton, sleeve, and rigid-box prototypes on qualified packaging board, from flat printed parts through finished samples.

Rigid PVC and aluminium composite sign panels printed with UV graphics

Large-format rigid signage on PVC, aluminium composite, acrylic, and other qualified sheet media, with placement and print settings validated at production size.

Validate your real media and real artwork before you commit

Send us your real media sample and your real artwork (including the exact thickness and target quality). We’ll help you confirm ink choice, ink configuration, and curing settings using the 2512-hb25’s compatible SIGNRACER inks and LED UV curing widths. Use this step to verify color, opacity (if needed with White), and surface appearance on your actual production substrate.
