Repeatable curing across multiple curing widths
LED UV curing uses variable power levels with defined curing widths: Single 90 mm at 14 W/cm², Double 180 mm at 14 W/cm², and Triple 210 mm at 16 W/cm². This supports consistent curing coverage for different job sizes and production settings.
Carriage and motion
Linear Motor carriage with up to 1.2 m/s travel speed supports production throughput targets while maintaining consistent print positioning across the 3200 mm width.

SR-100 HD
Use SR-100 HD as part of the compatible SIGNRACER ink workflow for production-ready output. It is supported within the platform’s ink configurations that include CMYK plus white and optional varnish/special colors depending on the job.
